Educational Support Services
At RISE Pediatric Therapies, we partner with a virtual private school that provides the registration and documentation (report cards, attendance forms, and transcripts) to satisfy Florida’s requirements for private education.
- A Florida state-licensed teacher provides support, curriculum guidance, and monthly evaluations, with the support of your child’s ABA therapy team.
- This program is available for children who receive ABA therapy at our clinic and are looking for alternative education modalities to support their learning.
- Caregivers are required to be actively involved in educational services and are legally responsible for meeting state education requirements.
ABA Therapy in Schools
For those families choosing traditional schools, ABA providers have experience working within the school system to provide ABA therapy.
We partner closely with families, providing consultations to review individualized education plans and to provide families with information regarding school-based ABA therapy. Our level of involvement in the school system depends upon the rules and regulations of the school, state, and your insurance company.
We also offer ABA training to schools and other professionals who desire a deeper understanding of behavior analysis. Additionally, our ABA treatment therapy services provide classroom management training to preschools in the central Florida area.
Pediatric Social Skills Group Therapy
Social skills group therapy for kids provides structured, small-group sessions that allow your child to learn and practice social skills in a nurturing environment. A qualified clinician leads the group and focuses on a variety of social language skills, including:

- Understanding social cues (i.e., body language and facial expressions)
- Initiating and maintaining conversations
- Managing emotions in a social setting
